Order and Delivery Confirmation 

Delivery rates:

Ireland: €5.00
Rest of Europe: €10.00

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and delivery method. Please make sure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Returns Policy

Please contact our customer care team here to notify us of your return. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds can only be made to the card used to purchase products.
Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

All returned goods are subject to an assessment. Products which have been used, or where tamper-proof stickers have been compromised will not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the option to declare your withdrawal electronically via the link provided in the footer of our website.

The electronic withdrawal follows a legally prescribed two-step procedure. After initiating the withdrawal form via the link in our footer, you will be asked to enter the information required for the withdrawal and then explicitly confirm the declaration (“Confirm withdrawal”).

After completing the process, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration via email.

This note supplements the withdrawal notice and describes solely the additional option of exercising the right of withdrawal electronically.
